About me

imagine, believe, be

I’m passionate about unlocking people’s potential through coaching to be the very best they can be and really invest in themselves.  It’s fascinating how each person has the answers within to achieve great things and just need some support and guidance along the way to help make it happen.

About me

I’m a professional coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) providing 1-1 business and personal coaching to people looking for perhaps something more from life, to overcome limiting beliefs, or achieve what they want smarter and faster.

Having worked almost 30 years in Corporate Business I’ve experienced first hand how hard it is at times to get the work/life balance just right.  I’ve faced redundancy many times and got through it, and I’ve changed career several times and handled it.  It’s also fair to say I’ve had lots of experience supporting people from all walks of life over the years.  It’s all about the people for me really and the buzz of helping people along that sometimes unclear path.  The satisfaction from watching someone discover new things about themselves or rediscovering old passions is priceless.

I’m based in the beautiful town of Peebles in the Scottish Borders and work in the city of Edinburgh.  I love having the best of both worlds with the city and all it has to offer, but come home to the beautiful countryside and friendly community.

UPDATE February 2019 – I’m currently studying a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and as such I’m not accepting any new clients for the time being.  Please check back later for news of when I’ll be seeing clients again.

Please take a look at some comments from previous clients on my Testimonials page and articles I have had published on my blog.

I’m bound by the ICF’s ethics and professional standards and have the appropriate professional insurances for coaching.
